About the event
We'd love to invite you to The Habbit Factory's Annual General Meeting (AGM). Details are as follows:
What will be covered at the AGM?
• Approval of the minutes from the previous meeting held on 15th July 2025.
• Special Resolutions: Governance review, including confirmation of current trustees and a formal vote to adopt an updated Constitution.
• Presentation of the Treasurer's financial report.
• Presentation by the CEO providing an overview of the past year and plans for the year ahead.
• Any Other Business.

Who's it for?
Everyone in our community - Members, Parents, Carers, Volunteers, Supporters and Friends - is welcome to attend. It's a chance for the wider THF community to hear what we're doing and have their voice heard.
Free tea, coffee and snacks will be available at the event!
Afterwards, we'll be heading over to Deers Rest , Harold Hill, for a more relaxed chat and social. Everyone is welcome to join us, whether they attended the AGM or just want to come along afterwards.
Much effort goes into this event, and it would mean a lot to have as many of you there as possible. The AGM shapes the future direction of THF!
