“My son Sam is 12 years old, and suffers from autism, ADHD, speech and communication difficulties, and has many behavioural issues due to his sensory processing disorder. In the past he has been unable to enjoy independence due to his inability to cope for long periods in social situations. It’s an hour and 5 mins once a week, but his week revolves around this special time he calls ‘mine’. It is truly wonderful to see the confidence he now has, as a result of staff & Volunteers taking their time to support him.”
“My Granddaughter is partial sighted, has hearing impairment and autism The Habbit Factory don't treat her like she’s got a disability and she doesn't stand out when she gets it wrong.
Aimee smiles the whole time she’s there; it has really boosted her confidence and her self-esteem.
Thank you so much to all the gang for (in Aimee’s words) making my life better.”
